The way to get most out of CMWC is definetly to hangout through out
the days and the nights together.
You don`t have a place to sleep?
Then come join us at Messenger Village and have a blast with us.

Place: Tokyo koutou-ku Wakasu camping site
Dates: Sept 19th-23rd
Fee: 6000YEN for 4nights/5days (cost the same for one night as well)
Fee will include:
Tent
4 breakfast (20th-23rd)
2 dinner(19th,21st)
drinks will be charged additionally, but will be sold onsite

How to register:
Please register by september 18th, but prefer asap.
(If there are some space still available, you can register onsite)
To register, please email your fullname, and names of the people who
is traveling with you.
* Coin shower is available at the campsite (300YEN/10min)
* We will be having tents for ladies
* We only have limited number of sleeping bags, so bring long sleeve shirts
or if you can bring sleeping bag, please do so.

OK, different countries have different cultures,
manners and way of doing things.

Tokyo is big, but this isnt only place to see in Japan.

I am sure most of you are thinking about
traveling to othere part of Japan during your visit.

Try to make arrangements to visit, great places like
Kyoto, Nagoya, Yokohama, if you have time.

You`ll definetly get to see different shapes and colors of Japan.

And trust me, if you do visit these places.
Local kids will treat you good.

I am sure most of you will have it boxed for traveling.

but just incase.

When transporting your bicycle on the train,
you will need to put your bicycle in a bag or box.

make sure its not visible. not naked.
Nudity in any form is prohibited

Perhaps this is outcome of popularity...

ariport to TOKYO will be "Narita International Airport".

Instead of riding from the airport to the city.
I recommend you taking train, or bus.

My name is Juri and I am organizing housing, accomodation and
all the other hospitality info.

I am happy that, you guys are coming to far far east to tokyo
despite the global economic crisis.

I will be gathering more info and annouce it to you, to ensure
that you will enjoy tokyo, and to offer you listing of cheap
affordable but nice accomodation.

I wish that we TKBMA can offer you the couch list, but at this
time we cannot do so. Please understand that we live in a tiny
island and the apartments in Tokyo is really small.
So unfortunately, at this time, we do not have couch list.

Try to come early, meet people in Japan.
As for the couches, please try to find and negotiate by person to
person on personal level.

But, we are constantly working hard to offer you places.

What’s an Art Rush?

I know that some of you are doing creative work as a way of expression.

Show us your creativity and talent.

We are hosting an artshow during CMWC Tokyo.

Art Rush is an integration of Art and Messenger culture.

It’s a new style of art exhibition where messenger will be
running as a piece of artwork.

The Media that we are calling for is a T-shirt.

Everyone’s favorite.

Please send us your original work.

Print, hand drawn, stitched, re-make, photo print, the format does not matter.

Use a T-shirt as your canvas.

Entries are open, as long as the image is related to what you think of a messenger.

まず情報の公開が遅れてしまって申し訳ないと思っています。本当にごめんなさい！
4月1日からレジストレーションを開始できるように準備を進めていましたが、
まだレジストレーションを開始できる段階に至っていません。
我々は場所を借りるために現在も交渉や準備を重ねています。
場所はまだ発表できませんが、開催時期は

9月19日（土）〜23日（水祝日）メインレース＆サイドイベント（予定）
　　　　　　　　26日（土）　　京王閣競輪場でトラックレース開催が決定！！！

メイン会場が決まり次第　WEBサイトで発表します。
みんなを東京に迎え入れ最高のCMWCにしたいと思います。
一日でも早く発表できるように引き続き頑張っているので楽しみにしていてください！

To Global Messenger family

We would like to make an apology for not being able to make the announcement earlier.
We were hoping to start the registration on april 1st, but we are still in the middle of negotiation for finding the right exact place to host the event.
Although we cannot annouce the place yet. The dates are finally fixed for the announcement. Event will be held during

sept 19th(sat) to sept 23rd(wed) : Main race & side events
sept 26th : Track race at Tokyo Oval Keiokaku (Keirin Velodrome)

As soon as the place is fixed, we will make an announcement on the web site.
We are doing our best to welcome every one to Tokyo to ensure that every one can have a blast.

Just to let you know...
we are still negotiating for the right place to organize our event
and to welcome messngers and every one from all around the world.

Therefore, unfortunately the date is not fixed at this state.

but our target is to organize the event on

19th to 23rd, (plus the weekend of 26th, 27th) of Sept.

We will update the info as soon as possible
through this blog and our website.
